**In this role, you will**:
- Guide the design and development of user interfaces (UI) using mobile frameworks, implementing responsive design for diverse screen sizes.
- Set technical standards for front-end and back-end architecture, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes in collaboration with Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Maintain clear technical specifications to support agile development.
- Collaborate on release plans, manage app store integrations, and coordinate with technical teams to set goals and align schedules.
- Implement animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance mobile experiences while maintaining optimal performance and efficiency.
- Leverage profiling tools to address performance bottlenecks related to animations and rendering.
- Review technical deliverables, enforce coding standards, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality.
- Partner with product, design, and other engineering teams to align goals, share best practices, and deliver seamless features.
- Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging technical mastery and innovation.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
**Who you are?**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in **full stack**mobile app development**, including front-end and back-end.
- Deep understanding of **mobile architecture, APIs, and third-party integrations**.
- Strong command over mobile security standards and experience architecting scalable, high-availability solutions.
- Proficiency in **JavaScript, TypeScript, Swift**, and **DevOps practices**.
- Expertise in **React Native, Flutter, Native iOS/Android UI components**.
- 4+ years of experience **managing engineering teams**, driving performance, and mentoring developers.
- Understanding of user interface design best practices.
- Ability to design and implement engaging animations while optimizing for performance and resource efficiency.
- Skilled in rapid prototype development, employing iterative design and testing techniques to refine functionalities quickly.
- Understanding of cloud solutions and architectures.
