About the Role:
What You’ll Do:
- Define the talent hunting strategy.
- Manage the team of talent search, working with KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Manage productivity and quality of the team.
- Create innovative solutions to track hard-to-find profiles.
- Actively collaborate with different managers to align priorities.
You must have:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Recruitment.
- Experience Leading Teams based on KPIs and metrics to measure and increase the team’s performance.
- Experience with search engines (LinkedIn, StackOverflow, GitHub).
- Experience in IT Industry head-hunting.
- Advanced English level.
