Some of the duties of the role include
- Oversee overall training and management of CRAs and/or Clinical Monitoring Interns.
- Participate in the training and development of CRAs.
- Provide constructive feedback on CRA training performance and competency, for in-house and on-site evaluation;
- Monitors CRA overall capacity and performance.

Applicants for this role must follow the requiring
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of clinical monitoring line management experience
- Advanced knowledge of International Conference on Harmonisation/Good Clinical Practice
- Thorough understanding of Clinical Operations activities.
- EU Passport/ Portuguese work permit
- Speak English and Portuguese
