**About us**:
St. Paul’s was founded in 1926 and was the first school in South America to receive accreditation from the UK government as a British School Oversees. Fully coeducational, with about 1,000 pupils, aged from 3 to 18, it is a school with history and tradition, but which embraces innovation, contemporary values and the latest in digital learning. We are a world-class school, and an international member of HMC and IAPS, and a member of COBIS and the LAHC. **Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality PE lessons in line with the Senior School curriculum and the school’s PE policy.
- Ensure that teaching and learning are of the highest standard, providing engaging, challenging, and inclusive experiences for all students.
- Stay informed about current developments in PE and school sport, incorporating new ideas and initiatives where appropriate.
- Promote participation in sport across the school by supporting and organising house and inter-school competitions.
- Facilitate opportunities for students to engage in physical activities both within and outside the school environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student participation, performance, and progress, in accordance with school policy.
- Review and update schemes of work to ensure a rich, progressive, and inclusive curriculum.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for best practice, supporting the development of fellow staff through coaching and collaboration.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote cross-curricular links and holistic student development.
- Commit to the safeguarding and welfare of all students, adhering to school policies at all times.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, trips, events, and other co-curricular activities.
- Engage actively in professional development and performance management processes.
- Perform any additional duties as reasonably directed by the Principal or line manager.
- Oversee the development and well-being of pupils through the school pastoral system.

- Degree in Physical Education or related field.
- Valid teaching qualification and registration with CREF.
- Proven experience teaching PE, ideally in a Senior or Secondary School setting.
- Fluent in English.
