**Your role**
- We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Analyst to join our FP&A and Product control team.
- The FP&A Analyst is a Junior professional role responsible for providing management with analysis and insight regarding our broker dealer results in coordination with the broader Finance team. The overall objective is:
- Contribute as a product controller, providing daily / weekly and monthly achievements
- Provide analysis over P&L and Balance Sheet
- Execute analysis of product profitability and provide guidance on significant business and product decisions

This role will give you the opportunity to build a strong knowledge base across multiple finance specialist areas including accounting, product control and tax planning
- Main Responsibilities:
- Perform financial and analytical reviews, controls, data reconciliation and variance analysis
- Redesign and automate monthly closing process, operational tasks and reporting solutions
- Improve financial reporting through automatizations and visualization enhancements
- Prepare presentations and analysis supporting the finance senior leadership
- Support the monthly forecast, annual budget and long-range planning processes for Global Markets
- Introduce process improvements and implement financial best practices

**Your team**
- You'll be working within Finance team with focus on Global Markets (Broker dealer) operations in Brazil. FP&A and Product Control team is responsible to produce and distribute best-in-class reporting products and analysis that support compliant and confident decision making for Global Markets, Global Banking (ECM, DCM and M&A operations) and Wealth Management business units, in a challenging inclusive environment.

**Your expertise**
- University degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering
- Excellent Excel and Access skill with the ability to use VBA
- Strong analytical skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills
- Ideally advanced in English, with strong writing skills
- Able to complete tasks independently to a high standard
- Structured, organized, and detail-oriented
