**SC Enterprise Functions Finances Manager**

This position reports to Global SC Finance FP&A director and is based at São José dos Campos.

**What you will do**

The SC Enterprise Functions Finances Manager is responsible to be in charge of, stabilizing and running the Global SC Enterprise Functions department, stablishing reporting standards and new governance process.

This position is critical for developing the process and tools (with OneStream and PowerBI as backbone) to provide BvA reports and forecasting support for department expenses (Headcount and discretionary) for the following functions: Quality, EH&S, OH, Procurement, Global SC Finance, Global Value Chain, E&PS and Global Deliver organization. In addition, it is expected that this position consolidates and provides closing support to the SC Global Admin organization.
- Key Responsibilities***
- Develop and mantain correct mapping table of cost centers for the aforementioned functions
- Develop standard/automated BvA reports and process for all functions (based in OneStream and PowerBI)
- Consolidate SC Global Admin costs (COGS and SG&A) and develop management review decks
- Develop tools and process for supported functions forecasting process
- Closely interact with respective functions finance business partners to provide reports and insights on department expenses
- Lead and develop a team of 3 analysts

- Fluent in English
- Finance Systems experience
- Finance experience of at least 5 years
