Social Media Specialist

Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced **Social Media Specialist (Remote)** living in Curitiba, Brazil to join the Marketing team at **High Tide Inc.**, one of the largest cannabis companies in the world. With brands like **Daily High Club,** **Smoke Cartel**, **Grasscity, and Canna Cabana**, we’re leading the way in cannabis accessories and CBD e-commerce across North America and Europe.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to build a brand voice, plan a content calendar, and work with influencers, all while keeping up with the latest social trends. If you’ve got a sharp eye for meme content, know your way around making simple edits using CapCut, and how to make followers laugh _and_ click—then this role is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage the **monthly content calendar** across multiple brand social channels (IG, TikTok, FB)
- Support day-to-day posting and engagement, ensuring brand voice is consistent and on trend
- Work with influencers and creators each month - sourcing, briefing, coordinating, and tracking posts
- Stay on top of social trends and recommend new content formats, meme ideas, and platform experiments
- Track and report on key metrics to senior management, to help optimize content and influencer performance
- Create or edit simple short-form content (e.g. memes, trending sound videos) using tools like **CapCut**(bonus)

Qualifications:

- 4-5 years of experience managing social content for **consumer-facing brands**, ideally in e-commerce, lifestyle, or youth-driven categories
- Confident handling **multiple brands and social voices** in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record managing **influencer content and relationships**:

- Experience in creating weekly/monthly social reports and presenting to stakeholders
- A good sense of humor and an understanding of **meme and trend culture**:

- Experience using **CapCut**or mobile tools to put together simple video or meme content (bonus)
- Strong communicator and organized collaborator across remote teams
