**What You’ll Do**
As a Business Analyst at OrangeHRM, you’ll be at the heart of building smarter HR software used by companies around the world. You’ll act as the link between what users need and what developers build — helping us shape great products from the ground up.

You’ll:

- Learn how to translate user needs into smart tech solutions
- Work with product managers, developers, and designers in real-world agile team
- Interview users and gather requirements to solve real business challenges
- Explore data and uncover insights to drive better decision-making
- Contribute to user stories, wireframes, and product roadmap
- Present your ideas and recommendations to stakeholders and team leads
- Get mentoring and training from experienced pros who want you to grow

Y**ou might be a great fit if you**:

- Just graduated with a degree in IT, Business, or related fields
- Have done some software dev, database, or tech projects at university

- Are organized, curious, and always hungry to learn something new
