Our client, a well known and established Digital Services Provider for the iGaming industry is expanding its team in Malta and seeking to hire an experienced Tools and Integrations Manager.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage Marketing tool setup and maintenance such as Salesforce, ESPs, Optimove, FastTrack, Marketing Cloud, Netrefer, Ultimate AI and other 3rd parties.
- Ensure integration of support software.
- Optimise acquisition tools and technologies.
- Integrate CRM systems with business tools.
- Provide technical support to teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and security.
- Monitor tool performance and data accuracy.
- Generate technical performance reports.
- Align technical solutions with business needs.
- Manage communication tool reputations.
- Liaise with 3rd parties to report tickets and handle integrations.

**Requirements**:
- A technical university degree
- Two years experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing CRM and support tools.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
