**Your role**
- Are you a lawyer with experience in structured lending and financing transactions? Do you have a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to the Brazilian financial, banking and capital markets?

We’re looking for a legal professional to:

- support our Global Lending Unit team with legal advice on structured lending and financing transactions;
- work closely with the Equity Derivatives team on matters involving structured products and financing solutions;
- review and draft lending agreements, guarantee agreements, and other legal documents;
- help ensure compliance with local and international regulations;
- collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to support deal execution;
- experience or familiarity with judicial recovery and bankruptcy procedures is a plus.

- You’ll be part of the UBS Legal team in São Paulo, Brazil, supporting the Global Lending Unit. We work closely with business and legal colleagues across regions to deliver practical, high-quality legal advice and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

**Your expertise**
- 3+ years of experience in legal roles related to lending, financing, and guarantees;
- background in finance, banking, or capital markets;
- knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations and cross-border legal matters;
- admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- fluent in Portuguese and English;
- strong communication and drafting skills.
