**About the role**

As a Product Designer at Better Collective, you will be building top of the class digital products for sports betting fans across the world, making betting more entertaining, transparent and fair This role in particular will be focusing on our American products

Better Collective is an international award-winning company that prides itself in offering some of the best betting resources and iGaming products on the market worldwide and we are constantly working to improve our products and the experience for our users.

As a Product Designer in Better Collective you will have a wide variety of tasks ranging from conceptualization of ideas in a potential new business area to defining design details on a specific small component for one of our websites. But for all tasks always having the end-user in mind, so that we can create the best possible experience for them.

The work will be done together with the rest of the team of Product and UX Designers and UX Researchers, as well as graphical designers, digital intelligence specialists and in general any stakeholders that are involved in a specific project.

**Your main responsib**ilities**
- Designing new and improved features
- Creating wireframes (in Figma)
- Turning user insights into solutions
- Writing task specs for the development of the designed features
- Ensuring scalability in designs by creating features that can be reused across sites

**Our expectations to you**
- Up-to-date knowledge of UX best practises
- Experience creating mockups (leveraging design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma)
- Strong ability to empathise with the users and understand their real needs
- Basic understanding of Web Development
- General interest in sports, and in particular betting
- Graphical flair for what looks good
- Proficient skills in English both verbally and in writing.
