Administrative experience with job scheduling software packages on multiple platforms including Tivoli TWS
- Perform scheduling package database, calendar,Period,ETT,date object, maintenance,
- Analysis, design, test and implement automated processes
- Troubleshoot and solve scheduling issues and conflicts
- Manipulate scheduled processes to accommodate customer requested changes
- Automate triggers and variable input parameters
- Analysis and perform acceptable condition code
- Analysis and perform resource definition and control
- Demonstrate ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer requests, own the request through successful completion
- Proficient with JCL, TSO, ISPF
- Experience with establishing and documenting policies and procedures pertaining to automated scheduling and other production support analyst duties
