**Purpose of Position**:
Manager DevOps plays a key role in the development of new ideas for products and services and manages the process of turning these ideas into realities. This includes participating in product brainstorming meetings, overseeing the creation of product mock-ups, and identifying possible design flaws until the resulting product is satisfactory. At the end of the operations, the DevOps Manager works to implement the processes by which the product will be produced on a larger scale and figure out how it will be distributed to consumers.

**Major Areas of Responsibility**:

- Lead the design and implementation of all hardware and software infrastructure for large-scale customer projects
- Understand how evolving technology affects the domain
- Ability to respond to system issues, drive and participate in high-priority incident calls and emergency activities outside of standard office hours as needed
- Effectively manage multiple highly visible priorities at a time
- Manage and ensure compliance with IT structures, processes, and technologies while maintaining knowledge of and leveraging IT industry technologies and trends
- Influence or provide input to cost and capacity forecasting and planning activities

**Knowledge & Experience Required**:
Education / Credentials
- At least 10 years of professional experience as a technical leader with a proven record of innovating solutions
- 3 years of experience in leading 1 technical transformation
- Expert-level knowledge of testing frameworks
- Development skills in of C++, Java,.NET
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Previous Scrum Master experience a plus
