The Operations Delivery Manager (ODM) is a critical SVS&OFF role focused on services customer management, execution & financial delivery. This person will have the responsibility to build a successful customer relationship and be the point of contact for technical and service delivery solutions while achieving specified performance and financial objectives.

**As an Operations Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Being single point of ownership for Baker Hughes and customer for wing-to-wing execution, ensuring all teams understand contractual commitments prior to start of execution and through project life;
- Identifying new revenue streams in existing contracts. Main Services opportunity identification & activity forecast for opportunities under signed contract.
- Working with customer intelligence & identification of new opportunities (collaborate with Sales and Commercial on new Services and Offshore opportunities);
- Being integrated with the customer and internal teams to successfully execute customer commitments on time and within budget. Focused in Customer' services engagement, communication & satisfaction;
- Managing & Executing Services' contract. Services dispute escalations & resolution. Costumer' satisfaction.
- Building long-term relationships with customers in Brazil and provide support to any other Subsea Services & Offshore priorities as required.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Engineering or another technical-related field
- Have relevant experience in the O&G/Subsea industry with preference towards operations experience in the services or aftermarket areas.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Clear thinker, analytical skills, good communication, ease of using systems (Deal Machine, Excel, etc.)
