**Macro Planning Analyst**
Analista macroplanejamento sênior

**Responsabilidades**:

- Elaborar cronogramas para acompanhamento e execução de projetos sinalizando riscos e/ou oportunidades em função de eventuais desvios, entre o real e o planejado.
- Acompanhar e fazer follow-up constante das atividades descritas nos cronogramas máster dos projetos.
- Dar suporte aos Project Managers e as áreas funcionais, alertando quais são as atividades críticas para o cumprimento dos prazos.
- Participar ativamente das reuniões de coordenação com os demais Key Performers do projeto.
- Reportar mensalmente o avanço do projeto, através de relatórios e planilhas de controle.
- Cumprir as políticas/procedimentos/normas relativos à Empresa, processo de trabalho, sistema de gestão da qualidade, meio ambiente, segurança e saúde ocupacional.
- Realizar outras atividades correlatas à sua função e aos procedimentos do seu processo de trabalho.

Requisitos necessários:

- Formação superior, especialmente em engenharia ou administração;
- Conhecimentos de projetos hidrelétricos;
- Habilidade no uso de ferramenta de gerenciamento de prazos, como o Primavera, MS Project e SAP;
- Inglês Fluente;
- Power BI;
- Metodologia ágil;
- Pacote Office avançado;
- Conhecimento em temas comerciais que envolvem o processo de gerenciamento de projetos.
