**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- 'This specialty is responsible for supporting the development and use of automation across the GTS Infrastructure Services delivery organization. Responsibilities include evaluation of automation opportunities for a given client, creation and deployment of automation workflow, and ongoing monitoring of automation effectiveness for continual improvement. Continual feedback on the use and value of automation on accounts supported is expected in order to drive a cohesive and effective automation strategy across the GTS Infrastructure Services organization.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Here is what we are looking for with this role:
- Entry Experience on experience with IT automation: Ansible, Puppet, Chef or Terraform.
- Experience on Operating System administration: Windows or Unix
- Understands the DevOps concepts and practices
- Understanding of general scripting languages and coding practices and methods, primarily geared toward: Python, Powershell, KSH/Bash
- Good understanding of cloud technologies
- Good Troubleshooting and Remediation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams toward task completion
- Experience using team collaboration tools
- Inermediate English, written and verbal communication skills

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- '- Fluent English or Advanced Spanish
