What you will do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the development of our frontend and backend systems. We are looking for a Tech Lead who is senior in React for the frontend and senior in either Java or Golang for the backend. You will be responsible for guiding the technical direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and guide the development of our frontend and backend systems, taking ownership of technical architecture, design, and implementation.- Provide technical leadership and expertise in React for the frontend development, ensuring best practices, scalability, and maintainability of the codebase.- Act as a senior resource in either Java or Golang for the backend development, driving the design and development of robust and efficient server-side solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Mentor and guide team members, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and promoting professional growth and development.- Drive and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality and reliable software deliverables.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and making recommendations for adoption.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure successful execution within set deadlines.- Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges, proactively finding solutions and driving innovation.- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes, contributing to the growth of the development team.

Requirements and technical skills- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Extensive experience (at least 8 years) in software development, with a strong focus on frontend and backend technologies.- Senior-level expertise in React for frontend development, with a deep understanding of React ecosystem, state management, and frontend architectures.- Senior-level expertise in either Java or Golang for backend development, with a strong understanding of server-side development principles and best practices.- Solid understanding of web development concepts, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.- Experience in leading and mentoring teams, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and promoting professional growth.- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies is a plus.
