Program Manager, Fulfillment Center

DESCRIPTION

Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key job responsibilities
a) managing inventory accuracy and quality assurance programs
b) maintaining network and transportation configurations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
