BUC Trading é a área responsável pela apuração de resultado gerencial de todas as desks proprietárias (Rates, FX, EQ, Commdty, Power, Digital Assets, etc.). Também atuamos e divulgamos métricas de controle, risco e performance dentro das mesas de Trading. A atuação de Finance é alicerce fundamental para a tomada de decisão do banco, elaborando e divulgando informações detalhadas para o consumo interno e externo.
Buscamos uma pessoa que tenha interesse em trabalhar na área de finanças, que goste e entenda de mercado financeiro, gestão de processos e tecnologia. Em nossa área procuramos pessoas que almejam uma carreira com gestão de pessoas ou uma carreira nas áreas de front-office no maior banco de investimentos da América Latina.

Importante ter uma boa capacidade de resolver problemas, de forma rápida, com soluções táticas. O business é bastante ágil e muitas vezes precisamos iniciar a operação com controles manuais ou com automações (VBA, python, SQL, excel). Para isso o analista precisará saber, sob pressão, mapear bem todos os riscos operacionais. A melhoria contínua é extremamente importante para que logo sejam evoluídos os controles.
Como área de Finance, estamos sempre buscando redução de custos, eficiência e escalabilidade. A participação em projetos e construção de sistemas junto ao time de tecnologia é essencial para isso.
Por último, é uma posição que precisa interagir com times e pessoas muito diferentes. Habilidade de comunicação e jogo de cintura são muito decisivos para a posição, para manter a parceria mesmo em situações de conflito.
**No seu dia a dia**:

- Acompanhar as operações das mesas Trading (FX, Rates, EQ, Commdty, Power, etc.).
- Implementar controles e rotinas de acompanhamento de resultado, posição e conciliação;
- Gerar KPIs de performance de clientes;
- Construir e monitorar indicadores de performance da área e das carteiras geridas.

**Esperamos de você**:

- Formação preferencial em engenharias, economia, administração ou ciência da computação;
- Conhecimentos sólidos em lógica de programação e Excel;
- Conhecimento desejável em banco de dados;
- Capacidade de resolver problemas, principalmente sob pressão;
- Flexibilidade de se ajustar a situações diversas;
- Senso de urgência e diligência;
- Hands-one orientado a resultados;
- Habilidade de Comunicação e resolução de conflitos
