**Responsibilities**:
We currently have a great opportunity available for a Technical Center for Learning Instructor - LATAM.

The Technical Training Instructor - LATAM is responsible for the facilitation of technical instruction for service engineers, distributor representatives, and other Sysmex associates utilizing a variety of teaching modalities including instructor-led and virtual classrooms. The instructor will function as a focal point for product and technical knowledge as well as information exchange with other LATAM teams and customers. The instructor will also assess the technical progress and recommend training plans to address any developmental needs for service engineers, distributors, and other Customer Care associates as needed.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the evaluation, development, localization, and implementation of technical training programs for LATAM distributors and associates.
- Facilitate instruction for LATAM distributors and associates utilizing multiple teaching modalities including instructor-led and virtual classrooms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate, design, develop, and localize instructional tools, job aids, video tutorials, and e-Learning modules for new and existing products.
- Evaluate, create, localize, and update training documentation for all product lines.
- Manage the classroom environment, maintain a professional atmosphere, and set appropriate expectations for each class.
- Manage department assets and prepare analyzers for all classes and other regional needs such as sales, marketing, and distributor training.
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge on all product platforms and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Provide direct and constructive feedback through training assessments to enhance overall job performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assess training needs and work proactively with departments across the organization to address the development needs related to distributor and associate training programs for LATAM.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory medicine or related field required. Field service experience servicing instrumentation desired. Demonstrated knowledge of clinical laboratory industry desired.- Strong technical acumen in operations, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, computers, and networking.
- Training or adult education experience preferred with virtual classroom experience a plus.- Electronics and/or laboratory science skills.- Fluent in English required.- Fluent in Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese preferred.- Proficient in Laboratory / IVD Technical Language.- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite products.- Experience using online content delivery systems such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom preferred.- Excellent communication skills - interacts with Customers and internal departments, such as Field Support, Marketing, and Senior Management.
