Senior Technical Program Manager, Fintech

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. In lieu of degree, additional years of hands-on experience may be substituted.
- Experience in development of digital products.
- 6+ years of technical program management.
- Practical knowledge and skill in the use of project management methodologies and agile tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex technology projects from requirements definition through delivery of solution, including communication of status and results throughout the organization.

Reducing operational work building the best products and services for them, we are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help us envision, lead and drive our customer software products to improve and innovate on tax automation experience.

You will have direct influence on different teams around the world, interact with customers, and engage with internal engineering teams to ensure we respond quickly to the needs of our customers.

**As a Senior TPM you will**:

- Enable transparency and decision-making across FinTech and Tax leadership by providing critical communication and clear status of the initiatives you own.
- Manage technical programs to continuously improve our capabilities as Tax team needs continues to grow.
- Work across orgs to ensure we continue marrying internal support capabilities with best-in-class customer experience as new services and features are launched.
- Unify distributed engineering efforts and own plans to deliver quality outcomes for our customers.
- Bring your expertise, problem solving skills, and creativity to add value to our team.

Key job responsibilities
- Owning, building and driving the customer requests with key local and global stakeholders such as business, tax, legal, accounting, operations and tech.
- Build and manage high quality product roadmaps and programs based on your vision and strategy.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time.
- Promoting data-driving decision making throughout the team.
- Partnering with different teams to identify and influence development of new initiatives and services.
- Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.
- Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
- Creating goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
- Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, strategy, design and development, and solid track record software based products
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering to deliver large-scale projects on tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (business level; speaking and writing)
- Passion for creating innovative products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
- Knowledge regarding Brazilian tax systems / laws
- PMI / PMO / PMP certifications
