**The role**

WeWork is currently seeking a Product Senior Lead on our Business Development team. This is a full time position located in São Paulo. The Product team within Business Development is responsible for creating new offers and solutions that will attend to our customers' needs while generating extra revenue for WeWork, and therefore we need individuals who can bring a good balance of business sense and familiarity with operational procedures, alongside a data-oriented and programming-prone mindset.

The Product Senior Lead will be responsible for assisting the business with all the 'non-traditional' products we currently have (i.e. those that are not a traditional office lease). This includes flexible contracts, All Access cards, guests, events and more Regardless of which of them, this position will be responsible for guaranteeing that the products are being used as expected, that we have control over each and every use case and that we are constantly iterating and including technology to make the processes the best possible for our members and for our partner areas.

**Responsibilities**
- Tracking and controlling product use - Developing automations to correctly bill members based on use (or over-use), track eventual exploitations of product features, understand patterns when a different product may be a better fit for a specific member, and much more
- Reporting on product performance - Building dashboards / alerts in order to monitor the product performance in different time / geo levels, guaranteeing that we can quickly reconsider our strategy if something shows different from expected and therefore still deliver our targets at the end of each quarter / year.
- Partnering with the business - Maintaining a close connection to the business in order to understand the market needs and opportunities to create new products and add technology to existing processes
- Supporting the Events team as their data POC - Creating automations to streamline processes that are currently manual and finding data / delivering insights to the Events team regarding optimization possibilities.

**You bring**
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 years of experience, with product or process-oriented experience preferred
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor
- Proven ability to work well with data in the real world - it won't be textbook tidy datasets
- Familiarity with automations and programming (SQL & Python preferred but other languages accepted)
