Logistics Specialist 2

**Job Description Summary**: Lead transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers.

Responsible to the Order to Remittance Area for Brazil operations being responsible for the W2W process.

Ensuring and following the entire importation process for On Demand customers and Distributors Orders.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Process and release accessories, GSPO parts and spare parts on demand sales _(released via Salesforce - Apttus)_ to import and billing process;
- Coordinate and approve return and refused on demand sales, until its conclusion - which means reinvoicing, warranty shipping or bill cancelation;
- Coordinate shipment and invoicing of items covered by warranty contract;
- Coordinate shipment for approved concessions;
- Coordinate and release non FRU items;
- Follow up on open orders - under import or billing process;
- Provide clearance instructions to broker partner;
- Coordinate, approve and follow up items import from 3rd supplier;
- Request clearance documents and declarations to 3rd supplier’s legal representative in Brazil;
- Request declaration for sanitary surveillance exemption;
- Analyze Part Number, NCM, Import Documents and approve import process with shipping instructions to supplier;
- HAWB creation in FedEx website with pick up request
- Analyze and provide documents for surplus items regularization
- Coordinate courier shipments regularization
- Analyze, treat data and present all quarter results (KPIs) to leadership in Quarterly Business Review
- Analyze and act strategically over reserved stock
- Support leadership in reports and analysis
- Work in partnership with other teams in reeducation over operation and interface triggers (invoice releasing, sales trackers, delivery instructions validation)
- Urgency sense and rigor in critical cases follow up
- Provide reservation instruction to warehouse team
- Open claim in cargo agent to require reimbursement
- Open shipment in eComex system
- Items reservation in Oracle system
- Request part number register creation/update in Oracle system
- Create and Manage workflows for 3rd supplier payment (GSPO import invoices only)
- Request HOLD release
- Express and urgent freight quotation and inform others in shipping process via Smartsheet forms
- Release Shock Sensor to Field Engineers

**Required Qualifications**
- This role requires experience in the Logistics.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Fluent in English;
- Advanced in Spanish;
- Oracle knowledgement;
- Microsoft Excel;
- Office Package;
