**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
- Planning and organizing, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Prepare management meeting reports / Take meeting minutes during management meetings.
- Schedule meetings for management

About You.**
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Working independently with mínimal Supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
