Minimum 8 years of relevant tax experience (e.g., Big 4 Accounting Firm, Law Firm or in-house tax experience), or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
This position is not directly involved in day-to-day indirect taxes compliance but is responsible for delivering the advisory planning, real time coordination, and communication of various tax-related projects across regions, including supporting engagements and negotiations with external advisors, government bodies, tax authorities, and auditors.
- Recognized professional tax qualification, chartered accountant or relevant law degree
- Detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of projects, is organized, possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and is able to deliver on tight deadlines
- Highly motivated, hard-working, and able to work in a fast paced, informal, and often ambiguous environment
- Able to clearly and concisely interface with all levels of management
- Effective interpersonal skills, including persuasive written and oral communication skills
