**Meet the Team**:
We're comprised of multi-disciplinary, highly talented designers. Our primary focus is to define, create, and manage HashiCorp's visual brand identity and to collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and teammates to produce effective, high-quality materials and experiences.

**What We Do**:
We're passionate about design as a storytelling medium and we tell that story through a variety of design projects and marketing campaigns. We're able to reduce complex communication challenges into succinct stories delivered through print, digital, or interaction design. We a growing group that sets a high bar for design and a shared goal for building a lasting, exceptional brand.

**What You'll Do**:
You'll leverage at least two years of professional print and digital design experience to work in physical and digital mediums to engage with your audience. You know how to best express your ideas for others to understand and execute your designs across a variety of materials in both digital and print.

You thrive on feedback to produce your best work and love working collaboratively with peers and stakeholders. You're able to leverage a wide range of fundamental design principles—including composition, typography, color, hierarchy, balance and alignment, spacing, and proportion—to communicate with your audience.

Your Roadmap to Success
- In Your First 30-Days_
- Partner with teammates to understand our design practice and the company's mission
- Get to know some of your cross-functional partners to establish a working relationship
- Listen and ask lots of questions
- Familiarize yourself with our processes, documentation, and onboarding materials
- Accept mentorship and feedback
- In Your First 90-Days_
- Collaborate with designers, project owners, and vendors to deliver effective designs on time.
- Work within and help enforce the visual language and design patterns of HashiCorp's brand.
- Communicate design intent effectively in team meetings and towards stakeholders
- Incorporate constructive design feedback to iterate and improve on your designs
- By 180-Days_
- Work with direction and feedback from Senior and Lead Graphic Designers to bring our brand and marketing campaigns to life—from concept to production.
- Deliver small-to-medium-sized projects that are larger in scope/complexity
- Present multiple competing solutions, clearly identifying the tradeoffs in each
