**Key Responsibilities**: - Code & Develop software specifications, scripts, reports, and utilities using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Unix Shell Scripting, Java Language - Design and Develop Stored procedures, Functions and Triggers in PL/SQL to implement complex business rules. - Support the technical testing of the solution including user story acceptance, SIT (Development Environment), UAT (User Test Environment), and be able to work under methodologies like agile, waterfall or interactive. - Communicating to and soliciting information from a variety of technical and functional experts. - Attending, participating and/or leading meetings and discussions, particularly those that will have a high disruption factor to the community of users. - Completing all assigned project deliverables and associated documentation at sufficient levels of detail to communicate to a broad audience. - Maintaining and/or contributing to the technical aspects of the overall project plan throughout the course of the project by supporting the project management activities and status reporting of the project. - Supporting the technical team in developing technology standards (e.g., architecture design, environment control, Code review, Unit Tests, Code QA, instance strategy, change control and migration control). - Support the project team in Change Management, providing guidance and support of organizational change and communications based on changes made to the systems. - Work with functional business analysts to gather business requirements & translate them into technical specifications documents. - Get involved in in post-production support assisting troubleshoot for issues and providing solution **Skill's**: - 5-8 years’ experience as developer Experience with Oracle PL/SQL development. - Strong development knowledge in Oracle Forms and Reports - Experience in developing and maintaining Shell Scripts - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work with multiple deliverables. - Knowledge in development tools such as Toad, Oracle SQL Developer, Git, Jira, Jenkins, SonarQube and Eclipse - Devops - Data Modeling - Application Tunning - Agile Methodology **The following skills are desirable and a differential**: - Experience building API's - IBM Urban Code Deploy **Education**: - Degree in Technology. - English fluency - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Applications Development - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
