**Job Duties**:
Sob supervisão geral, cria, atualiza e mantém ordens de venda SAP para o Coordenador de Serviço de Linha de Serviço de Produto (PSL). Concentra-se em minimizar as vendas pendentes do dia do pedido de venda. Apoia os Coordenadores de Serviço através do processamento específico de pedido para pagamento, manutenção da planta e entrada de dados de aquisição. Responsável pelo comprometimento e reconciliação diários de estoque. Soluciona problemas e resolve problemas de pedido para pagamento SAP. Trabalha com planejadores de recursos para manter a precisão do quadro de agendamento e o despacho de trabalhos no SAP. Trabalha com planejadores de recursos, manutenção da planta e equipes de contabilidade para resolver problemas de agendamento. Cria requisições conforme necessário e suporta o processamento e transferência de custos para ordens de venda ou MBU. Cria ordens de manutenção permanentes para atribuir custos de itens diversos à unidade de negócios móvel (MBU). As habilidades são normalmente adquiridas por meio de um diploma de ensino médio ou educação similar e 2 anos de experiência no PSL. Promove a conscientização sobre segurança e consciência ambiental e cumpre todos os procedimentos e regulamentos de segurança e meio ambiente aplicáveis. Garante a conformidade com os regulamentos e diretrizes de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (HSE). Promove e participa ativamente do processo de melhoria da qualidade.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma de formação técnico em mecânica, elétrica ou similares
- Experiência com SAP e Excel
- Inglês intermediário
- Registro no Conselho Ativo (CFT / CRA / Equivalentes)
