**Talent Acquisition Analyst**:

- São Paulo, SP | Full Time-
The HR team at Latitude.sh is responsible for attracting, maintaining, and developing the best talents. We work to build and prepare a solid team to achieve our goals.

As a **Talent Acquisition Analyst,** you'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, including source, recruit, interview, selection, and onboarding of new hires. Also, you will help us with new ideas to enhance our recruitment process and carry Latitude.sh's talent sourcing to another level.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs proactively;

**Skills and qualifications**
- Advanced English communication skills (mandatory);
- Previous experience recruiting all levels of seniority;
- Previous experience working in IT companies;
- Knowledge of technology terms, mainly programming language and infrastructure;
- Experience in using technology (ATS) and social recruiting (LinkedIn);
- Be innovative in sourcing strategies for our organization.
