In the Business Support Manager role, you will develop a team of Project Managers, and process/business & people specialists, through which you will craft and deliver a diverse set of projects, initiatives & programs to enable a more efficient and effective business and operational Field Ops organization.

We're looking for someone with strong leadership, problem-solving skills, great collaborator management, deep analytical knowledge and with an ability to negotiate and navigate across a sophisticated matrix organization

**What You’ll Do**:

- Data gathering and strong analytical skills in order to drive robust analyses and implement processes/tools which contributes to the improvements of the operations.
- Generate insights, identify root causes and propose solutions to improve the operations and ultimately the customer experience journey.
- Coordinate the team in the design and implementation of SOPs/playbooks across the operations, accordingly to the projects and needs of the operations, aiming to improve efficiency, quality and standardization;
- Enable and foster collaboration with different stakeholders inside and outside CommOps, ensuring standardization, alignment and efficiency across the region.
- Lead, develop and empower project managers and program specialists within a multifaceted, time-sensitive and demanding environment to ensure your team is set up for success.
- Rigorously prioritize the most impactful initiatives and drive accountability by measuring impact and KPIs.
- Implement mechanisms to track and evaluate employee's performance, related to global and local initiatives such as P4P, Outlier Management, Employee Happiness, Quadrant Control, People Related Strategic Actions. As well implement powerful traceability and control for all processes and reporting, facilitating the operations running and continuous improvement.
- Proactively find opportunities and look for continuous improvement & efficiency projects, challenging the status quo and bringing creative solutions, in order to improve our operations' - with data at the heart of every decision.
- Ensure the procedures are well implemented and running properly in both operations, Greenlights and Centers of Excellence, by implementing a robust audit process.

**What You'll Need**:

- A minimum of 4+ years experience in project management, office management, process optimization.
- Ability to lead and develop team members to get results through people.
- High energy, passion, and integrity.
- Strong & confirmed project management skills (plan and implement projects with multiple work streams and dependencies) and the ability to handle tasks involving multiple businesses to meet bold deadlines.
- Experience working closely and communicating optimally with internal and external stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational skills and impeccable follow-through on tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving & critical thinking skills. An outstanding problem solver who is oriented to solutions and has a genuine interest in helping.
- Solid analytical skills; ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data required to help inform decisions.
- Very strong, strategic, and business growth mentality. Forward-thinking skills that will push programs further, continuing to prove the value of programs.
