**Regional SR Internal Communication Analyst**

**Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job**:
In charge of the creation and delivery of information through the production of communication tools and the management of appropriate channels targeting internal and/or external audiences though Latin America aligned with the HR LATAM Director

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Under the direction of the HR LATAM Director, define, plan and coordinate communication action plans setting their content, choosing the providers, establishing the logistics, managing the budget.
- Ensure the production, the deployment and follow-up of communication actions and tools. Coordinate and interact with corporate and external suppliers in LATAM.
- Ensure communication messages are consistent, compliant with the reference document, corporate vision and projects, also check if the public information reflect the communication strategy and culture in LATAM
- Monitor the firm’s online content, including both the external website and internal employee intranet.
- Benchmark communication best practices and trends in LATAM.
- Measure and follow indicators of results of communication actions.
- Support HR LATAM Director to deliver specific projects thought LATAM

**Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- 5 to 8 years communication experience
- Master Degree in Journalism, Communication, Business or similar degree

**Language**: Spanish = Advanced / English = Advanced / Portuguese = Advanced, will be a additional

The position will be based in any subsidiary of Latin America
