The TikTok Commerce Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our platform is safe and trustworthy for not only users but also partners and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality. As the Anti-fraud Investigation & Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for building, improving, and monitoring business processes that detect and prevent fraudulent activities in various scenarios.

What You'll Do
- Drive high quality BRD outputs and product compliance research to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
- Drive programs to mitigate and launch enforcement strategies targeting problems
- Manage and update category risk assessment of each local market
- Triage risk and benefits of opening of high risk categories and design enforcement programs to ensure safety and monitor risks
- As the team grows, this role will be responsible for building the team, cultivating and providing guidance to team members and designing career development opportunities for them
- Perform other responsibilities as needed;

**Qualifications**:
Who We're Looking For
- Solid professional experience in consumer product safety, compliance or regulatory research fields; Expertise in quality operation or regulation policy is a plus
- People management experience managing a size of 5 or more
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience acting as a program manager and collaborating with XFN teams to drive end results
- Demonstrated past success working in a matrix environment and ability to influence key stakeholders
- Understanding of product compliance environment or regulatory trends in South America, especially the Brazilian market, is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Brazilian Portuguese, demonstrating effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
