**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Develop and employ creative and effective sourcing strategies that deliver a diverse and high-performing talent pool;
- Build hiring plans and job descriptions to meet increasing hiring needs for tech roles of all levels and domains;

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have a track record of working with complex Engineering Positions - especially focused on Management, Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack, and Data - and using data to inform your strategy and plans;
- You are creative and effective in sourcing talent, going beyond common tools like LinkedIn Recruiter;
- You build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and are recognized as a trusted advisor in recruitment matters;
- You have excellent prioritization skills - time-management, handling multiple positions with different scopes;
- You are an excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
