We are currently looking for a resourceful, driven, team player with a competitive spirit, and strong business acumen to help our **Partnership Team (Channels/Resellers, ISV/MSP and Distributors)** reach new levels of success. We are looking for the right person to grow this business worldwide. If you have an affinity for technology, a passion for making your customers successful, and the ability to articulate the ROI of an enterprise solution across multiple stakeholders, then this could be the role for you
**Your skills**:
- Proven experience doing deep levels of discovery and objection handling at every level.
- Experience in leadership and working with partner and customers throughout the sales cycle, from account planning, through the development of the deal, to the close of business, and beyond.

- Demonstrated success in building and scaling a successful partner program in Tech B2B.

**What you'll do ****:
- Lead the partnership team and ensure the health of the partner program;
- Develop and implement the overall channel strategy for the field and company globally.
- Define a go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of partners;
- Develop business plans with each partner and ensure their successful execution.
- Work cross-functionally within Sales, Marketing, Services and Product to build a fully integrated channel partner ecosystem;
- Develop, update whole Partnership Program worldwide;
- Ensure exponential growth in revenues sourced and involved by partners;
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management;
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through relationship, events and prospecting actions;
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest;
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships;
- Negotiate and finalize contracts in accordance with company's contract guidelines and policies;
- Drive partner sales enablement strategies and facilitate effective enablement through existing sales enablement teams and resources;
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally;
- Quota-carrying, sales management position with direct responsibility for channels and alliances team, as well as indirect responsibility for the channels and alliances revenue goals for the sales team.
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships;
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current and new partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
