**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

Apoiar a transformação da área de Operações de Ti, sua principal missão é assegurar a qualidade e disponibilidade dos serviços de operações Ti dentro do SLA, por meio da Operação e Monitoração dos Sistemas Críticos Bancários, garantindo com excelência a execução do fluxo e tratativa de alertas e tarefas dentro das KPI´s estabelecidas. Ser protagonista na implantação de novas ferramentas de monitoração e Operação, seguindo os processos de Governança estabelecido pelo ITSM, participar ativamente na transformação de atividades manuais em automatizadas da área, bem como o desenvolvimento de Dashboard nas ferramentas Dynatrace, Splunk e ServiceNOW, facilitando a operação e monitoração da cadeia produtiva

Experiência na área de Operação e monitoração, com conhecimentos básicos em ferramentas como Dynatrace, Splunk, Rundeck, desenvolvimento de dashboards, relacionamento com áreas de suporte e serviços, conhecimento de linguagem Ansible para automação de tarefas manuais, Certificação ITL e Cobit, trabalho em regime de escala 24x7, será um diferencial certificações em ambiente de Cloud

**Atividades e desafios dessa vaga**:

- Conhecimento de ferramenta de workflow de Incidentes e Alertas - Service Now
- Conhecimento do processo de Incidentes ,Eventos e Problemas,

**Requisitos Desejáveis**
- Certificação ITIL(desejavel)
- Certificação SER(desejável)

Profissional disponível para trabalhar em Campinas, em regime de 24x7, a princípio trabalhará em horário comercial, no entanto fará plantões aos finais de semana com folgas durante a semana, necessidade para acompanhamento de mudanças de infraestrutura e aplicação ocorridas nessas janelas
