**What you'll do**:

- Drive product requirements for internal facing product/platforms that support operations processes (e.g. finance, billing, cross-functional integrations)
- Manage relationships with key internal business stakeholders and users on product needs
- Perform ROI analysis on operational improvements
- Build roadmap to increase organizational efficiency and lower costs
- Ensure merchant compliance with best practice standards while simplifying merchant integration procedures
- Empower internal stakeholders to increase organizational efficiencies and improve processes
- Improve scaling, efficiencies, and day-to-day experience for the the customer support and operations teams

**Who you are**:

- 8+ years in product management or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, EE, Mathematics, or the equivalent experience, with Master’s degree or MBA being a plus
- Experience with continuous process improvement desirable
- Familiarity with billing, settlement, reconciliation, and/or payment collection processes is highly desired
- Experience in payments a plus; building online B2B merchant products or eCommerce platforms a plusDesire to get hands dirty in the details with the ability to transition to a strategic leadership role
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence in making informed judgements, and setting priorities in ambiguous situations
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Comfortable and effective working with remote team
- sExperience working in FinTech, especially the online payments space
- Experience working at a SaaS or PaaS enterprise company
- Experience working in a fast moving startup environment
