Its role will be to boost sales, offering the highest levels of customer service, an excellent product and help manage stocks, defending the company’s image and creating a loyal customer base.

The main responsibilities are:

- Communicates and supports company guidelines
- Helps manage sales to maximize results
- Stock control
- Helps manage the product
- Runs the company’s visual merchandising guidelines
- Keeping the shop running
- Consistent provision for the needs of the shop
- Building a strong customer database

PROFILE
- Experience in fashion
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding and constantly evolving retail environment
- Flexibility in working hours due to position requirements
- Ability to work independently without supervision by a manager
- Ability to work as part of a team
- have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and make valid conclusions
- Great customer service skills
