Descrição Talenses Executive is advising a global pharmaceutical company, with a strong and well established presence in Brazil, in the Search of a Business Unit Head - Brazil to lead one of its most strategically relevant franchises in the country. This is a senior BU Head role, with full P&L accountability and end-to-end responsibility for strategy definition, commercial execution, and sustainable value creation. The position requires an executive capable of combining strategic vision with disciplined execution, operating in a highly competitive, regulated, and performance-driven environment. The mandate carries a strong emphasis on Sales & Marketing leadership, with particular relevance in large-scale, prescription-driven portfolios, predominantly within Primary Care oriented therapeutic areas.

These may include, among others, Cardio-Metabolic, Pain, Women’s Health, Central Nervous System, Chronic Care, and other high-prevalence therapeutic categories,where scale, execution excellence, and portfolio management are critical success factors. The successful candidate will be expected to define and execute robust go-to-market strategies, drive sales force effectiveness, strengthen brand positioning, and ensure tight integration across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access to accelerate growth and profitability. Beyond commercial execution, this leader will act as a true business owner, orchestrating people, processes, and decisions in a matrixed global organization. The role demands the ability to translate regional and global strategies into locally relevant execution, manage portfolio complexity, and navigate constant trade-offs in dynamic market conditions.

We are looking for senior executives with a proven track record in Business Unit, Franchise, Sales & Marketing leadership, or General Management roles within multinational pharmaceutical companies. Solid experience with P&L ownership, strong commercial acumen, and exposure to complex, large-scale Primary Care businesses are essential.
