Descrição Location: Remote, with occasional travel to São PauloClient: Global leader in welding products manufacturingAbout the RoleWe are partnering with a multinational manufacturing company that is looking for an Identity Security Engineer (SailPoint Identity Now SME).This role is key to ensuring secure and efficient access control across the organization’s global operations. The engineer will be responsible for developing custom solutions, integrating corporate systems (such as Active Directory and HR databases – SAP/Oracle), and ensuring compliance with international security standards and policies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions to manage user identities and access rights.Develop custom JSON code to configure and automate identity management processes.Integrate with HR databases (SAP, Oracle), Active Directory, and third-party applications for access control.Ensure compliance with global security standards and regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).Work with SSO, MFA, RBAC, LDAP, SAML, and other IAM technologies.Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements for IAM processes.Collaborate with global IT and security teams to align solutions and processes.RequirementsCollege degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.3–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.Hands-on experience with Active Directory, HR systems (SAP, Oracle), APIs, and LDAP integrations.Proven expertise in SailPoint Identity Now (SME level).Strong knowledge of JSON, plus scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.Familiarity with cloud-based identity services (Azure AD, Google Cloud Identity, etc.).Advanced English (spoken and written) for global team interactions.Nice-to-HavesCertifications such as CISSP or CISM.Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or other IAM platforms.
