A EmpresaEmpresa Multinacional atuando no mercado de Oil and Gas.Descrição da vagaAtuar como ponto focal de RH entre Brasil e Singapura, garantindo conformidade e alinhamento global;Responsável pelo ciclo completo de gestão de pessoas, abrangendo;Recrutamento e seleção (onshore);Conferência de folha de pagamento (onshore e crew);Gestão de questões legais e sindicais;Apoiar e administrar programas de compensação, benefícios e vantagens, assegurando práticas competitivas e equitativas;Apoiar a construção e adaptação de políticas globais ao contexto brasileiro;Definir o arcabouço de benefícios e apoiar o desenho da estratégia de recompensas;Auditar processos e políticas de RH;Garantir conformidade trabalhista e atuar na gestão de saúde, segurança e compliance;Apoiar gestores no ciclo de performance, desenvolvimento de talentos e planos de melhoria;Identificar e coordenar programas de treinamento internos e externos;Servir como focal point de auditorias e conformidade interna;Manter e analisar indicadores e relatórios de RH, apoiando decisões estratégicas;Capacidade de estruturar processos do zero, gerindo temas complexos com autonomia;Local: Rio de Janeiro com residência temporária na Ásia.Perfil desejado Formação superior completa e especialização em Rewards;Experiência comprovada como Business Partner nos segmentos offshore, marítimo ou oil & gas;Sólido conhecimento em folha de pagamento offshore;Domínio das leis trabalhistas e sindicais brasileiras;Inglês fluente (mandatório);Proficiência em SAP SuccessFactors;Disponibilidade para residir na Ásia temporariamente (3-6 meses).
