CLOSED POSITION_ Operations Director – BH / Rio de Janeiro Belo Horizonte / MG _ Rio de Janeiro/RJ Código de referência: DIRECTOR_OP Vaga Permanente  QUATRE is looking for a senior profile to a Director role: JOB DESCRIPTION Specific responsibilities – To represent shareholders of the Company in Brazil – Be the legal representative of the company in Brazil in the execution of business activities, receipt of foreign investment, liquidation of foreign currency, bank account operations etc. including all other aspects the legal representative has to adhere to as per Brazilian laws – To represent the company as a global player – Maintain 100% service levels in Operations – Maintain speed and accuracy of laboratory operations – Develop cost-effective strategies to render value-added services – Ensure statutory compliance and compliance on safety – Obtain accreditation – Ensure cost effectiveness – Ensure proper accounting – Develop and build an effective team – Any other work assigned by management Profile – Technical Skills and Characteristics: Must come from Science background Engineering degree is desirable Knowledge of technical service sales related to the mining industry and strong network connections with the major players in the industry – Behavior Related: o Strong leader with entrepreneurial skills and hands-on spirit o Peoples’ person to be able to develop and prospect relationships within the industry o Tenacity to endure frustrations o Long-term focus o Humble to adapt to multiple corporative culture Resumes in English must be sent to hr@quatre.com.br, with the POSITION CODE: DIRECTOR_OP Only Resumes in English will be considered.
