Principais responsabilidades: Responsável por desenvolver, implementar e manter os padrões, políticas e procedimentos de Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente; Responsável pela investigação e relato de incidentes no sistema de gestão; Relatórios e conformidade de Engenharia, Segurança e Sustentabilidade; Garantir conformidade com as regulamentações locais e os padrões globais da empresa; Executar tarefas corporativas de Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente e programas de treinamento; Monitorar e controlar KPIs de Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente de acordo com os requisitos legais e da empresa; Apoiar a gestão predial e de ativos (FM); Assessorar a operação de serviços técnicos para manter e modificar a infraestrutura, sistemas e equipamentos da instalação de maneira econômica, segura, eficiente e confiável (sistemas elétricos, de gás e de água) (FM); Assessorar a equipe de serviços técnicos (funcionários e fornecedores) para atingir os indicadores de desempenho esperados por meio das melhores práticas e padrões regulatórios – (FM); Ter conhecimento das instalações técnicas do site e ser responsável pelo MOC (Gestão de Mudanças) – (FM); Requisitos Graduação em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho e/ou Engenharia Elétrica ou Mecânica; CREA ATIVO; Conhecimento em segurança e higiene, segurança ocupacional, gerenciamento de crises, normas vigentes e regulatórias; Conhecimento de infraestrutura, sistemas e equipamentos de instalações; Inglês intermediário (Mandatório); Espanhol intermediário (Desejável); Habilidades de apresentação; Habilidades de comunicação; Windows e Office 365 (ex.: Word, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint); IMS – Sistema de Gestão Integrada – podendo ser uma das normas e não necessariamente todas; Sistema de gerenciamento de requisitos legais; Conhecimento regular em sistemas de combate a incêndio; Gestão de resíduos perigosos e não perigosos.
