In this role, you will work as part of a core team dedicated to bringing the designs and ideas for the next generation of multi-country payroll to life. You will work with teams in multiple countries to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful solutions that facilitate improved integration, migration, and implementation solutions within our suite of products and partners. No two days are the same as you work with your team, internal and external partners to prioritize and design solutions for business initiatives. As a  Senior Frontend Application Developer , you will work closely with your team and have a hands-on role designing and developing web applications leveraging your frontend development skills. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be passionate about solving business problems with technology. It is expected you feel comfortable coding the frontend of the applications you are developing. You must be highly skilled on cutting edge frontend technologies and be able to design a solution and technically lead other developers to bring a design to life. On the backend, it is expected you have enough experience with Java 8 + Spring Boot + REST to build efficient and clean code based on a User Story. On the frontend, it is expected experience with React 16, CSS, HTML, JEST. Tailwind and TDD experience is desirable. Also, on this role you'll have the opportunity to become a Scrum Master, helping the team balance the workload and take the best decisions to deliver value in a short period of time. Therefore, experience on Agile Methodology is a must.
