We are especially interested in candidates located in Brazil or across Latin America for time-zone alignment, but we welcome qualified applicants from any region with strong BizTalk and Azure integration experience. Why Join UsWork on enterprise-level BizTalk modernization and migration projects.Collaborate with Microsoft MVPs, senior architects, and highly skilled integration experts.Participate in hybrid BizTalk-to-Azure solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies.100% remote work with flexible hours and long-term project opportunities.Compensation paid in USD, with competitive rates based on experience.Opportunity to grow into Azure Integration Architecture roles. Role ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support BizTalk Server solutions, including orchestrations, pipelines, maps, schemas, and adapters.Lead or assist with BizTalk-to-Azure migration projects using Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Functions.Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance for enterprise clients.Participate in DevOps processes, including CI/CD automation and deployment workflows.Consult directly with clients to understand business needs and deliver practical, effective integration solutions.Document solution designs, integration flows, and technical processes. Required QualificationsStrong software development background (C#, .NET, integration patterns).Hands-on experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (orchestrations, pipelines, maps, schemas).Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus).Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.Effective English communication (written and spoken). Preferred QualificationsExperience leading BizTalk modernization or migration projects.Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.Integration experience with ERP/CRM systems, APIs, EDI, or other enterprise systems.Previous consulting experience or client-facing technical roles.Experience with other ESB or integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) is a plus. Work StructureRemote, long-term project-based or full-time availability.Flexible schedule with at least 2–4 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.Compensation paid in USD based on experience and project scope. Tech Stack & ToolsMicrosoft BizTalk ServerAzure Logic AppsAzure API ManagementAzure Service BusAzure FunctionsC# / .NETXSLTAzure DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines)Integration best practices and ESB patterns About TwoConnectTwoConnect is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with over 30 years of experience delivering enterprise integration solutions.
