About the Role: The Finance & Admin Analyst supports the clients financial and administrative operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, organized financial records, and smooth coordination with external accounting partners. This role is part of the operational backbone that enables leadership to focus on strategy and growth. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain QuickBooks recordsManage accounts payable and accounts receivableOrganize financial documentation and reportsSupport external CPA and accounting processesAssist with general financial and administrative controls Qualifications: Experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting operationsUnderstanding of AP/AR and financial organizationStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a structured, process-driven environmentPrior experience in administrative or finance support roles preferred
