Main Activities And Responsibilities

  • Desenvolver e sustentar soluções integradas de PHP, Automação, BI e IA, alinhadas às diretrizes técnicas da Vale. Construção de sistemas com alto nível de usabilidade e performance, além de automações e aplicações voltadas para a digitalização de processos operacionais e gerenciais. Realizar modelagem de dados, processos de ETL e integração com SharePoint e fontes diversas (SQL, APIs, Excel, etc.), desenvolvimento e suporte de aplicações em php. Participar ativamente da definição de requisitos junto às áreas de negócio, traduzindo necessidades em soluções escaláveis. Garantir governança, padronização, versionamento e documentação de todas as entregas, atuando também no suporte técnico e capacitação dos usuários.
  • Construção e sustentação de soluções completas em Php, Node, RPA e Power Platform: dashboards, relatórios, automações e aplicativos personalizados.
  • Integração com múltiplas fontes de dados e sistemas legados, com foco em automação e eficiência operacional.
  • Implementação de fluxos automatizados entre ferramentas colaborativas da Vale.
  • Apoio na definição de requisitos técnicos e funcionais junto às áreas de negócio.
  • Documentação técnica, versionamento, governança de soluções e suporte aos usuários finais.
  • Proposição de melhorias contínuas nos processos e soluções já implantadas.

Required Qualifications

  • Formação superior em TI, Engenharia, Análise de Sistemas ou áreas afins. Experiência sólida com a linguagem PHP, Node, Python, RPA e Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps e Power Automate), incluindo domínio avançado de DAX e modelagem tabular, proficiência em Excel e Power Query. Capacidade de desenvolver soluções completas e integradas com uso de Figma para prototipação e mapeamento funcional. Conhecimentos recomendados em SharePoint, Python, RPA e SQL para integração e automação de processos. É considerado diferencial ter atuado com SSIS, ADF (Azure Data Factory) e Databricks em cenários analíticos robustos. Imprescindível experiência prévia ou entendimento do ambiente corporativo da Vale, suas ferramentas colaborativas e padrões técnicos.

Requisitos Obrigatórios (mínimo 4 anos de experiência):
Power BI (avançado): domínio de DAX, modelagem tabular, otimização de performance e governança de workspaces.

PHP: criação de aplicações fullstack para input e controle de dados.

Power Automate / RPA: desenvolvimento de fluxos automatizados e integração com sistemas internos.

Figma: prototipação, UX/UI e desenho de telas.

Experiência em ambientes corporativos complexos (diferencial para quem já atuou na Vale ou conhece seu ecossistema digital).

Requisitos Desejáveis
SharePoint: listas, bibliotecas e integração com Power Platform.

SQL, Python e RPA: para integrações e automações robustas.

Conhecimento ou vivência com SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF) e Databricks para pipelines de dados e arquiteturas analíticas escaláveis.

CodeIgniter: manutenção de site interno.

Experiência adicional em automação com Python.
