We are looking for a IT Support Engineer to attend internal requests and incidents related to information technology (IT) and guarantee the best experience for our employees while guaranteeing the business continuity.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience managing tickets through incident management tools.
- +3 years of experience as Entra administrator (including InTune ideally).
- +3 years of experience as O365 admin.
- Solid knowledge in Security policies.
- Solid knowledge in Network
- Organization and proactivity.
- Proficiency in English - C1
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct operation of IT equipment.
- Ensure the resolution of requests and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
- User management in the different corporate tools.
- Conditional Access policy management.
- Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
- Management Enterprise Applications
- Intune deployment and maintenance.
- MDM management for Mac, Linux and Windows.
- PowerShell proficiency, including notions of Microsoft Graph REST API.
