About the Role
We're looking for more than a traditional ads manager.
Our company is building the next evolution of digital marketing — where AI and human creativity work together to deliver measurable results across healthcare, real estate, and professional service brands.
You'll manage Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns while leveraging AI tools to ideate creative concepts, replicate high-converting funnels, and optimize performance inside GoHighLevel (GHL).

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta, Google, and YouTube ad campaigns for measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and video teams to develop ad concepts using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, Midjourney, or
- Rebuild or replicate high-performing landing pages and funnels directly in GoHighLevel.
- Maintain accurate pixel, UTM, and conversion tracking across all platforms.
- Analyze performance data weekly using AI-assisted dashboards, summarizing insights and recommendations.
- Conduct structured A/B tests (audiences, creatives, offers, funnels) and document key learnings.
- Work with the marketing director and automation team to connect campaigns to CRM workflows, nurturing sequences, and attribution tracking.
- Ensure ad policy compliance (especially for healthcare-related campaigns) and make data-driven recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) — funnel building, automation flows, reporting.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience segmentation, and ROI optimization.
- Skilled in pixel/event setup, troubleshooting, and UTM management.
- Comfortable using AI tools for copywriting, design, and creative ideation (ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, or HeyGen).
- Organized, analytical, and proactive with excellent follow-through.
- Strong English communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns across multiple brands and industries.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with YouTube or TikTok Ads.
- Familiarity with Hyros, AnyTrack, or other attribution platforms.
- Experience using Zapier or Make for automation.
- Basic video editing or graphic design background.
