Somos o maior SaaS de logística e usamos Tecnologia como meio para impulsionar o negócio e alavancar a Logística do País.Buscamos e incentivamos o desenvolvimento de um time multidisciplinar, que vai além da Engenharia, influenciando a gestão de Produto, design e análise de dados.ResponsibilitiesComo  Senior Engineer os seus desafios serão:Buscar entender profundamente as dores que cercam nosso cliente e indicar oportunidades de solução.Ter impacto positivo na capacitação técnica dos integrantes com menor senioridade;Priorizar resultados acima de preferências técnicas, reforçando a autonomia do time;Desenvolver e manter nossos micros serviços, ajudando nas tomadas de decisões e entregas de resultados, focando em encantar o cliente;Contribuir com o desenvolvimento e arquitetura da plataforma Intelipost, preparando-a para o crescimento acelerado pelo qual a empresa vem passando;Construir uma base sólida para o desenvolvimento de novos produtos de forma ágil;Acompanhar a disponibilidade do nosso sistema, visando antecipar possíveis GAPs, aumentando assim, a confiabilidade da solução;Desenvolver sistemas escaláveis, sustentáveis​​ e orientadas às necessidades dos usuários.PrerequisitesVocê deve ter:Experiência com desenvolvimento de aplicações WEB, utilizando principalmente linguagem de programação Java;Conhecimento avançado de arquitetura de sistemas de alta escala e tolerância;Boa vivência em ambiente AWS;Experiência em desenvolvimento FullStack colaborando também com frontend;Vivência com ambiente de aplicações distribuídas em micro serviços;Sólido conhecimento em banco de dados relacionais e não relacionais.Este desafio é para pessoas que:Vibram energia empreendedora: são movidas pela curiosidade, nunca desistem e estão focadas em superar seus próprios limites;Adoram trabalhar com compromisso, dedicação e detalhes;Encaram as mudanças de ambiente e cultura como oportunidades, e aprendem com seus erros;São colaborativas e curtem construir com outras pessoas, desfrutando do trabalho em equipe;Resilientes, que conseguem se sentir confortáveis no desconforto;Sabem lidar com o desconhecido de forma proativa.ExperiencesDNA do Grupo Intelipost
