Your Role

• You will spearhead marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the brand's market performance.
• Your leadership will drive cross-functional initiatives, oversee the product lifecycle, and ensure alignment with the company's overarching business objectives.
• You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for our product, focusing on product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts. Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape will be crucial in identifying new growth opportunities.
• Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to facilitate successful product launches and provide ongoing support. You will monitor product performance and report findings, making strategic adjustments as necessary to meet established targets.
• Building and managing relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and external partners will be part of your responsibilities.
• In addition, you will manage digital devices and ecosystems, implementing tools to control device usage and optimize digital e-health platform engagement. Collaborating with the Patient Support Program (PSP) team, you will contribute to the delivery of a robust PSP program, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Who You Are

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate degree is advantageous.
• You have proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in endocrinology or specialty care.
• Your strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are complemented by effective project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will facilitate your collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is essential for this role.
